Condensing rack plate freezer is equipped with a condensing unit, and it could be activated by only connecting the power supply and cooling water. It is mainly applicable to the fast freezing of aquatic products, meat, poultry, prepared food, some fruits and vegetables in the food processing enterprises without refrigerant or lacking ample refrigerants.

6. The system flow mode adopts a single board for liquid supply and gas returning. The process is short in time, the resistance is small, the efficiency is high, the cooling and freezing speed is fast, and the defrosting is quick.
7. Both ends of the flat plate are equipped with axial fan and cold air circulation systems, which achieves double freezing manner of both contacting and blast, and has large heat transferring coefficient, which is suitable for quick-frozen processing of various kinds of food
